This is a self-led group that practices Tai chi is a gentle exercise suitable for all ages. It relaxes the body and focus the mind in gentle exercises. As there is no instructor for this group, this class is for participants who already have some experience in Tai Chi or who are happy to learn from the current group. The group is very welcoming and happy to teach new participants. You can attend one or more than one class each week.
