Health Community

This class is a therapeutic form of Tai Chi involving low impact meditative exercise in a friendly and supportive environment. Embrace the re-emerging energy of Spring by exploring the connection with your qi – the vitality of life.

Our focus throughout term 4 will be on joints and improving the flow of energy throughout our bodies in addition to supporting your emotional wellbeing and feeling a sense of invigorating calm from each class.

Cost is  $13 per session, payable by purchasing a term ticket and membership of the Surrey Hills Neighbourhood Centre
