You must be an annual member to participate in ongoing term classes at the Neighbourhood Centre.
Membership is optional for workshops. Please sign up for membership here if you would like to become a member.

Join the fabulous Marcus Bourne for the best fun work out you’ll ever have!

Conveniently timed for straight after kinder or school drop off.  Get in, get a work out done and get on with your day.

Marcus is an expert in providing participants with an individually tailored exercise session.  Whether you’re super-fit or returning to exercise after years, he’ll be able tailor your session at so that it’s ‘just right’  for where you’re at… and you get to enjoy the company of the others in the group at the same time.

Small children are very welcome.  Children will need to remain under the supervision of their parent during the class.
