If you’re interested in an 6-week get fit program with accredited fitness instructor Felipe Macia, please contact our office.
There will be two early morning classes per week (Wednesdays and Fridays) and you’ll undertake a variety exercises including HIIT, boxing and pilates.
All equipment provided. This class is designed for those who want to exercise outside the confines of a regular gym environment.

You must be an annual member to participate in ongoing term classes at the Neighbourhood Centre.
