Cake Decorating using coloured fondants

Join the accomplished Amanda as she leads you through the basics of cake decorating using coloured fondants. In this class you will learn how to ice and decorate a basic store bought cake. You will plan your design, mix colours and then ice and decorate a cake to take home.
Please note, the focus of this class is on developing the skills involved in decorating. The class does not involve baking.
