Christmas Treats:  Friday 2 DECEMBER (note the change of date), 7pm-9pm

In this class you’ll make two of the true Christmas classics; shortbread and fruit mince pies (or lemon meringue tarts if you’re not so keen on fruit mince). Take them home for supper or put them out for guests in the lead up to Christmas.  There’s no need to serve the shop-bought ones when you have the confidence and know-how to make your own!

To enable families to spend some time together cooking in preparation for Christmas, this class is specially priced for those who wish to bring children along .  For an extra $10, you are welcome to bring up to 2 extras aged under 18.  Make the most of this rare opportunity.

Your tutor, Jennifer, is an unashamed foodie and has run her own food business for over 20 years.   She has a Scottish heritage which she expolits when it comes to traditional Christmas cooking!
