Small group training for pre and post-partum Mums.
Genegise with Gen D’Rozario is designed to help you exercise effectively and safely and to leave you feeling energised and strong.
It’s a class where anything goes and everything is welcome; exercise with your bub, feed &/or change your baby if you need, have a cuddle if they cry, or let them sleep whilst you workout.
Suitable for pregnant mums-to-be, post partum mums after their 6 week check-up, for mums with babies from 6 weeks and older or grandparents with babies to look after.
Friends wanting to join this class without a baby are most welcome too.

This session is held in the Maitland Room in the Surrey Hills Neighbourhood Centre Cottage. Parking is available via Zeplins Lane.Ticket Options
You must be an annual member to participate in ongoing term classes at the Neighbourhood Centre.
