Make a mosaic garden wall plaque or bee bowl with Andrea Hughes over THREE THURSDAY nights. On week one, you’ll select, cut and arrange your tiles, on week two, you’ll be using adhesive to glue them into place and on the final week you’ll grout your beautiful piece and be able to take it home.
Andrea is a Melbourne-based visual artist who earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Distinction at RMIT University. Andrea loves to experiment with mixed mediums and explore different surfaces – and vibrant colours and unexpected combinations are hallmarks of her work. Her natural curiosity and passion for the creative process have led her to produce pieces across many platforms, including painting, jewellery, photography and sculpture including mosaic. Andrea’s work is usually driven by her own playful sense of style. Andrea works as an Art Mentor for Arts Access Victoria and Artist in residence at schools across Melbourne.
This class is creative, relaxing and allows artistic expression. You will create a beautiful mosaic for your garden. THIS CLASS IS ALWAYS POPULAR. BOOK NOW TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
