Join us for an energizing Early Bird Monday Morning Walk! Kick off your week with a refreshing stroll in the fresh air, perfect for all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome, and feel free to bring your furry friend along (on a lead, of course). It’s a great way to clear your mind, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others.

We meet bright and early every Monday – let’s make this the best start to your week!

Attending the group is free, once you’ve signed up for Centre membership (which is $20 per calendar year).

Important information:

• The Group will meet in the Courtyard out the front of the Neighbourhood Centre at 157 Union Road, Surrey Hills.
• If you have a dog feel free to bring them along for the walk.
