Pilates continues to increase in popularity as a form of exercise. It’s a great alternative to the gym or perfectly complements your regular gym workouts. Our Pilates classes focus on strengthening the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles that will help to improve posture, body awareness, breathing and an increased sense of wellbeing.

We have several classes to choose from:
