Mediterranean cooking is known to be amongst the healthiest in the world. Arzu returns to the SHNC to show us the health benefits of both Mediterranean and plant-based cooking by demonstrating how to make three vegan dishes. Arzu’s techniques also incorporate Middle-Eastern influences.  The dishes include stuffed vine leaves and onions, mucver, lentil kofta and summer cordial drink. Don’t forget to bring containers! Recipes and step-by-step instructions provided.

Please note: When purchasing a ticket for this event, annual membership is not required but if you would like to become a member and help support our Centre please click here to fill out a membership form. Annual membership is only $15 and provides various free and discounted events.
