Beyond mindfulness there is stillness. This class teaches the natural experience of profound physical and mental relaxation, which, with regular practice reduces anxiety, brings deep rest to the mind an nervous system and allows stillness into your daily life for living CALM.
SMT is a seated meditation that involves some touch. Due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer cushions or knee blankets for use during your SMT session, however you are welcome to bring your own for use at each session.
