COVID-19 Update: Due to re-imposed Stage 3 restrictions, unfortunately Strength Training at our Centre is closed until further notice. You can still enrol for online Strength Training classes, conducted via ZOOM. Please see our website for details.

These classes are facilitated by YMCA instructors and focus on exercising core muscles using weights.

If you are new to our Strength program, you must not use the ticketing system.  Participants are required to complete a Medical Clearance form with their Doctor prior to commencing this class and are required to contact the Centre to confirm class availability.
