We are continuing to offer online Strength Training during Term 4.
These classes are facilitated by Sue Winkler. We suggest you enrol in two classes spaced apart by a few days to obtain maximum benefit from these classes. We may have some equipment such as weights and bands available for you to borrow.
If you require assistance in learning how to use zoom, please let us know and we will help you.
Classes commence the week beginning Monday 5 October, 2020. NB. If your class falls on a Monday or Tuesday, you will have one less class this term to allow for the Melbourne Cup Holiday (Mon 2nd and Tues 3rd November).
