You need to sign a Walking Group Acknowledgement of Risk to participate in this activity which is available from the office when you sign up. Please make sure you are familiar with the Centre's policies and Terms and Conditions. You can find these under "About" on the website.

Walking is not only an easy and accessible way to improve your overall health, but studies have found that walking in groups provides other perks that includes improvements to your mental health and mood while enjoying a shared experience of wellness. At SHNC, it’s also a great way to meet people and walk around our beautiful neighbourhood and stop for a much appreciated coffee!
