Hatha yoga involves physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques that are practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than some other types of yoga. It aims to balance the body and the mind (‘ha’ representing the esoteric sun, and ‘tha’ the moon).

Our experienced tutors cater for the beginner to experienced. Beginners are warmly welcomed and all levels will feel encouraged and supported.

We have several classes to choose from:

What to bring

Bring a yoga mat, a drink bottle, and a blanket for relaxation.

What you get

As well as helping you to build flexibility, balance and core strength, the practise of regular yoga sessions also helps with decreasing anxiety and stress which may yield benefits in better sleep and health.

COVID-19 Update: Due to the current health guidelines, we are running our Term 2 classes remotely only (via ZOOM). By purchasing a ticket below, you will have access to one online class per week (N.B Our remote class takes place on Mondays from 6-7pm).
