Hatha yoga involves physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques that are practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than some other types of yoga. It aims to balance the body and the mind (‘ha’ representing the esoteric sun, and ‘tha’ the moon).
Our experienced tutors cater for the beginner to experienced. Beginners are warmly welcomed and all levels will feel encouraged and supported.
