4 week online kids yoga program delivered via Zoom

Yoga is an activity that is suitable for all ages and levels of physical capabilities. It provides a wholistic approach that supports not only the physical aspect of a person’s wellbeing, but also takes care of mental, emotional, spiritual and social needs. But best of all, it’s fun!

This class is taught by Rachael Kent who is passionate about sharing her knowledge to help children achieve healthier body and minds.

We have three classes available to cater for different ages:

 Mini Yogis for children aged 3-4 years

Minor Yogis for children aged 5-8 years, and

Tween Yogis for children aged 9-12 years.

 These classes are delivered via Zoom. We can help you navigate Zoom to set you up.
