Please advise any update to your details to the office.
Your contact details and your advised emergency contact information will be given to your tutor for the duration of your course.
If tutors need to cancel a class at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances they will use the contact you have provided to advise you. When courses are completed contact details and attendance sheets will be returned to the office.
Access and Equity
If you have any specific medical condition that we should be aware of or you require any particular assistance or arrangements, please advise us on Ph 9890 2467, by email or by an accompanying note.
Payment and Enrolment Conditions
- Please select your courses carefully. Reminders will only be issued if there is a change in dates.
- Payment is taken as confirmation of your enrolment.
- Withdrawal 7 days or less before the class starting date will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
- There are NO refunds or discounts for missed classes or withdrawals once a course starts unless a medical certificate is provided stating your incapacity to continue with the course or if the course is cancelled by SHNC.
- Membership is open to and payable annually by all adults attending courses or groups at SHNC. SHNC membership is $20 once a calendar year.
- The SHNC is an inclusive, supportive and welcoming place where everyone has the right to be respected and appreciated.
