The Cottage is a beautiful heritage cottage with a lovely atmosphere. It has a medium sized room (the Maitland Room), a smaller room (the Swinnerton Room) and a multi purpose kitchen space opening on to an alfresco area. The rooms can be hired separately or together. The Cottage is often used for meetings and smaller gatherings. The separate rooms may be hired individually or in various combinations. Further information may be found on separate pages:

Hourly Rate (whole cottage)
- Community / Not For Profit Hirers: $65 per hour
- Business / For Profit Hirers: $80 per hour
Additional Costs:
- A $50 COVID cleaning fee applies during the current pandemic.
- All hirers must have/arrange Public Liability Insurance cover ($20 million) A Certificate of Currency in the same name as that of the hirer must be provided prior to the function.
