Organised walking groups are increasingly popular. Walking is not only an easy and accessible way to improve your overall health, but studies have found that walking in groups provides other perks that includes improvements to your mental health and mood while enjoying a shared experience of wellness. At SHNC, it’s also a great way to meet people and walk around our beautiful neighbourhood and stop for a much appreciated coffee!
The walking group is free for current members. If new, please check with the Centre Office to see if there are any vacancies and to complete an Acknowledgement of Risk Form before joining.
