Virginia did her initial teacher training at Sivananda Yoga School in 1999.  In 2002, she did 2 years training gaining a Diploma in Health Yoga. Virginia has practiced yoga for many years and has been teaching for 16 years.

Virginia encourages students to listen to their body and only do as much or as little as they need depending on how they feel.  She gives softer variations to the different postures so students can do the practice that suits them.
