Hatha yoga involves physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques that are practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds than some other types of yoga. It aims to balance the body and the mind (‘ha’ representing the esoteric sun, and ‘tha’ the moon). Beginners are warmly welcomed and all levels will feel encouraged and supported. We have several classes to choose from:

Monday 6pm (with Liliana Bosancic)

Tuesday 6pm (with Sherie Lamb)

Thursday 9.30am (with Karen Robotis)
