Class Details

Your tutor for this class is Sue Winkler.

These classes are facilitated by YMCA instructors and focus on exercising core muscles using weights. If you are new to our Strength program, you must not enrol via the website until you have completed the YMCA Medical Clearance form with your Doctor. Please contact the Centre to receive the relevant forms and information before registering and to check class availability.   

In order to qualify for the government subsidised rate you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Over the age of 65 years
• Boroondara resident
• Registered with My Aged Care (or agree to be registered)
• Agree to be registered with Boroondara Council

All other participants are required to pay the full fee. Please note, the full fee is still significantly cheaper than our other health and wellbeing classes.
