Join our self-led Tai Chi group for a rejuvenating journey of mindful movement and inner balance. In this supportive group, participants guide their own practice, fostering a harmonious blend of gentle exercises, deep breathing, and meditative flow. Discover the transformative power of Tai Chi as you cultivate strength, flexibility, and tranquillity at your own pace.
The group is very welcoming and happy to teach new participants. Tai chi is a gentle exercise suitable for all ages.
You can attend one or more than one class each week. Classes run on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
Note: The Tuesday and Thursday groups commence at 8am. The Friday group commences at 8.15am.
