The Maitland Room
This is the largest room of the Cottage and is suitable for meetings and small events. The Maitland Room is a beautiful room space with ornate ceilings and lights. It has reverse cycle heating and cooling. It can be hired on its own or with the kitchen.

Under the 1:4m2 restriction – 10
Under the 1:2m2 restriction – 10
Post covid restrictions, suitable for up to 40.

- 6 trestles tables
Hourly Rate
- Community / Not For Profit Hirers: $40 per hour
- Business / For Profit Hirers: $50 per hour
Additional Costs:
- A $50 COVID cleaning fee applies during the current pandemic.
- All hirers must have/arrange Public Liability Insurance cover ($20 million) A Certificate of Currency in the same name as that of the hirer must be provided prior to the function.
